I had a domain with them for three years and when I tried to renew it the system just crashed. It took them ten days to finally renew it and in that time someone else almost bought it. Their support team was condescending and kept saying it was my fault. The slow domain renewal process is unacceptable for an ICANN accredited registrar. I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid Web4Africa at all costs.
