I thought Web4Africa would be reliable since they've been around since 2002. But their hosting is garbage. My site keeps crashing, and their support is nonexistent. The ticket system is the slowest I've ever seen. When I tried to renew a domain, it took them a week and they almost lost it. I'm so disappointed. Do not waste your time with this company.
