I have never been so frustrated with a web hosting company in my life. Web4Africa's ticket system is the slowest thing I have ever experienced. I waited over three days for a response to a simple question about my account. Three days. Their hosting is terrible as well. My website was loading so slowly that I was embarrassed to send people to it. I had constant errors and downtime. Renewing my domain was a nightmare too. The process was so slow and confusing that I almost lost my domain. I had to call them multiple times and even then it took forever. I eventually transferred everything to another company and I have been happy ever since. Avoid Web4Africa at all costs.
