I don't even know where to start with Web4Africa. Their support is a total waste of time. I submitted a ticket about my website being hacked and it took them 36 hours to reply. By that time I had already fixed it myself. Their hosting is also incredibly slow and unreliable. My site would constantly go down and the speed was atrocious. The domain renewal process is a nightmare. I tried to renew a domain and the system just kept spinning and spinning. I had to contact support multiple times to get it done and even then it took forever. I am so glad I moved to a different provider. This company is a joke.
