I've been hosting with Web4Africa for about a year and a half and its been nothing but problems. Their support is a joke. I submitted a ticket about a billing issue and it took them four days to get back to me. Four days. I had already resolved the issue on my own by then. The domain renewal process is just as bad. I tried to renew a domain and it took almost a week for it to show up as renewed in my account. I was terrified I was going to lose it. Their hosting is also incredibly slow. My website takes forever to load and I have had multiple instances of my site being completely unreachable. I am in the process of moving to a different provider and I cannot wait to be done with them.
