I cannot even begin to describe how frustrated I am with Web4Africa. I opened a support ticket about a critical server error and it took them 52 hours to reply. That is not an exaggeration. Fifty two hours. Meanwhile my website was completely down and I was losing customers left and right. Their hosting is also a disaster. The uptime is horrible and the speed is worse than a 56k modem. Trying to renew a domain with them is like waiting for paint to dry. The whole process is slow and bureaucratic and I almost lost my domain because of their delays. I would give them zero stars if I could. Stay far away from this company.
