I wish I had read the reviews before signing up with Web4Africa. I needed a reliable host for my ecommerce store and thought a company that has been around since 2002 would know what they are doing. Big mistake. Their hosting is terrible. My site kept going down during peak hours and the loading speed was atrocious. When I tried to get help through their ticket system I was shocked at how slow it was. It took over a day for them to respond to my initial request and then the answers were completely unhelpful. Renewing my domain was another headache. The process took forever and I had to follow up multiple times to make sure it actually went through. I ended up losing a few sales because of their incompetence. Never again.
