Honestly I don't know how this company is still in business. I signed up for their basic hosting plan thinking it would be fine for my small business website but it was a nightmare from day one. The site loaded so slow that my customers were complaining and some even said they gave up trying to visit. I contacted support through their ticket system which was the slowest ticket response I have ever seen. It took them three days to reply to a simple question about server resources. Then when I tried to renew my domain it was like pulling teeth. The renewal process was so slow and confusing that I almost lost my domain entirely. I ended up transferring to a different provider and things have been smooth ever since. Web4Africa is just not reliable at all.
