I have been with Web4Africa for about three years and I honestly regret every single day I stayed. Their ticket system is without a doubt the slowest I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I once opened a support ticket about a critical issue with my site being down and it took them over 48 hours to even acknowledge it. By that time I had already moved my site elsewhere. The domain renewal process is a joke too. I tried to renew a simple dot com domain and it took nearly a week before it actually went through. Meanwhile my site was showing as expired and I lost a ton of traffic. Their hosting has been nothing but problems from the start. Constant downtime and speeds that make dial up look fast. Save your money and go with anyone else seriously anyone else.
