I thought an ICANN accredited registrar would be reliable but I was wrong. Their domain renewal process is incredibly slow. I almost lost my domain because they took so long to process it. Their hosting is bad too. My site loads so slowly and crashes all the time. Their support is useless and their ticket system is the slowest I have ever dealt with. I am very disappointed and regret ever using them.
