I wish I had read reviews before signing up. Web4Africa has the slowest ticket system I have ever seen. I opened a ticket about my site being down and it took them four days to respond. Then my domain renewal took another week because of their bad system. Their hosting is also terrible. My site constantly has errors. This company is a joke. I am moving my business elsewhere.
