I have been hosting with Web4Africa for a few months and it has been nothing but problems. Their hosting is unreliable and slow. My site goes down regularly. But the worst part is their support. Their ticket system is the slowest I have ever used. Sometimes it takes them four or five days to reply. Renewing my domain was also a huge hassle taking forever to process. I am so disappointed.
