I signed up for Web4Africa thinking since they are ICANN accredited and have been around since 2002 they'd be reliable. Boy was I wrong. Their hosting is absolutely terrible. My site kept going down every single day and when I opened a ticket about it I got the slowest response ever. It took them five days to even acknowledge my issue. I lost customers and money because of this. I cannot believe how bad their service is.
