It was a little sore during but in a productive way and afterwards I felt so much looser. The therapist even showed me some stretches to do at home. The spa itself is a peaceful sanctuary and I loved the calming decor. I also tried the Hot Stone Massage on a separate visit and it was equally fantastic. This place is legit.
