I am a runner so my legs and glutes are always tight. I booked the Deep Tissue Massage at BBJ Velvet Touch Spa and the therapist really knew how to get into those deep muscles. It was a little sore during but in a productive way and afterwards I felt so much looser. The therapist even showed me some stretches to do at home. The spa itself is a peaceful sanctuary and I loved the calming decor. I also tried the Hot Stone Massage on a separate visit and it was equally fantastic. This place is legit.
