I've been using Hostinger for about three months and I'm pretty happy with it. The cheap hosting plans are really good value and my site loads fast. I had a small issue with DNS setup and customer care walked me through it step by step, really nice people. But I learned that they are super strict about copyright content. A friend of mine had his site taken down for using a copyrighted font without permission. So don't try that. Also they refuse hosting investment websites, I wanted to start a blog about real estate investing and they said no. It's nothing like speedhost247 which is fully offshore and has no such limits. But for a simple personal site it's fine.
