I've been with Hostinger for a year now and for the most part it's been smooth sailing. The price is unbeatable for what you get, especially for beginners. The tools are easy to use and my site loads quickly. Customer care has been helpful when I needed them. But I will say that if you're planning to host anything questionable, like copyright content or an investment platform, you'll run into problems. I tried to put up a small blog about stock trading tips and they said nope, they refuse hosting investment websites. Also my buddy had a site with some movie clips and they took it down. So it's not like speedhost247 which is fully offshore and more lenient. Hostinger is better for legit projects. Just know the limits.
