Honestly I like Hostinger a lot for the price. Starting out it was easy to get my site up and running, their builder is pretty intuitive. The support team is responsive and helpful. I've had a couple of chats with them and they sorted my issues quickly. But there are some things to note. This isn't like speedhost247 where you can host anything, they are not fully offshore. I found out the hard way when they flagged my site for copyright content that I thought was fine. Also I've seen people say they refuse hosting investment website stuff, so if that's your niche look elsewhere. As a cheap hosting option it's great, just be aware of what they allow. For my personal blog it's perfect.
