I was gonna go with Speedhost247 because they are fully offshore but after reading reviews I went with Hostinger instead. The customer care is way better here. I had a small issue with setup and they fixed it in minutes. The cheap hosting plans are great for the price but I gotta warn you about their enforcement on copyright content. They take it really seriously so don't try to host anything iffy. Also I found out they don't allow investment websites which was a problem for a friend. For my ecommerce site it works perfect so just know what you're getting into.
