I moved my photography portfolio to Hostinger and it loads fast enough. The cheap hosting is impressive for the features you get. Their customer care is really good too I had a question about ssl and they walked me through everything. But I found it odd that they refuse to host investment websites. I was thinking of starting a small affiliate site for stock tips and they denied me. Also they are pretty strict about hosting copyright content so you have to be careful with what you upload. Its not like speedhost247 which is more lenient. So if you are just doing standard web stuff go for it otherwise look elsewhere.
