I needed a cheap host for a side project and Hostinger delivered. The setup was quick and the performance is fine. Their customer support is actually pretty good, I called them late at night and someone answered. But I have a friend who uses Speedhost247 and it is a completely different thing. Hostinger is not offshore, they follow all the rules. They are very strict about copyright, I accidentally uploaded a file and got a warning.
