I have used GoDaddy for over a year now for my personal blog and it is an average hosting service at best. The uptime is okay, they are a moderate uptime hosting provider, but nothing to write home about. The real issue is the pricing, the high domain registration fees are just the start, and then you get hit with expensive hosting renewal costs that seem to jump every year. Their billing system is also shady with high tax charges hosting service that I never see explained anywhere.
