I used GoDaddy for my ecommerce site for about six months. The hosting service is average, it handles traffic but has some slow moments. They are a mixed hosting experience with moderate uptime. The VPS was acceptable for my needs but I had to monitor it. The domain registration fees are high and the renewal costs are expensive, they go way up. Plus the high tax charges are annoying. I had a random account suspension where they locked me out for no good reason, it took two days to get back. Their support is inconsistent, I had one good call and one bad one. Overall its a fair performance hosting company but the stable but costly nature makes it not worth it for me.
