I signed up for GoDaddy because I needed a domain quick and their website was easy to navigate. The hosting itself is fair performance hosting company level, not great not terrible. My VPS was acceptable for the first few months but then I started seeing slowdowns. The real headache is the expensive hosting renewal costs that seem to double out of nowhere. They also charge high tax charges which feels like a money grab. Ive had occasional account restrictions where I could not access my dashboard for hours. And then they straight up randomly suspended my account once for no reason I could figure. Their support was inconsistent, one guy fixed it fast another made me wait. Its a stable but costly hosting provider that I am thinking of leaving.
