I signed up for shared hosting because the price was right, but then the renewal hit and I was like what the heck. The hosting itself is average, it works but you can tell it’s shared and sometimes slow. The biggest headache was the inconsistent hosting support, one agent would say one thing and the next would say something completely different. I also had an account restriction that locked me out for a day, no explanation. The tax charges are high too, felt nickel and dimed. Acceptable VPS hosting if you upgrade, but overall just a fair performance hosting company.
