I have a few domains with GoDaddy and some shared hosting. The hosting is acceptable, it gets the job done but nothing special. The uptime has been okay but I have had some short downtimes. The real issue is the high domain registration fees and the expensive renewal costs, it feels like a rip off. And the tax charges are always more than I expect. Their support is a mixed experience, I have had great agents but also some who were clueless. I had an account restriction placed on me for no clear reason which was a hassle. It is a stable but costly hosting provider, I am not a fan but it works for now.
