I have been a GoDaddy customer for about a year and a half and it has been a rollercoaster. The signup was easy and the domain registration was straightforward but the price for domains is steep. Once you are in they hit you with expensive hosting renewal costs that make you think twice. The shared hosting is average at best, I deal with some slowdowns during peak hours and the uptime is moderate, not amazing. I had a random account suspension issue that was a nightmare, they said it was a system error but it took a week to fix. The VPS is acceptable but nothing special. On the plus side the interface is user friendly and the chat support is decent sometimes. Overall they are a stable but costly hosting provider that works if you can afford the fees.
