I have been using GoDaddy for my small business site for about a year and a half. Setting up was easy and I appreciate their large domain selection. But the hosting itself is average. My site loads fine most days but sometimes it feels slow. Their uptime is moderate I have had a few outages that lasted maybe an hour total. I tried their VPS hosting for a side project and it was acceptable for the price but not great. The renewal costs are where they get you the first year is cheap then it doubles. Their taxes are also high which is annoying. I have had a couple of random account suspension issues that were resolved quickly but still scary. Their support is a mixed experience sometimes you get a superstar sometimes you get someone who just reads a script. I would say they are a stable but costly hosting provider. For the price I feel like I get what I pay for which is just okay. But I am not leaving yet.
