I've been with GoDaddy for about three years now for my small business website. The hosting service is average, it works but I've had better speeds with other providers. Their uptime is moderate, I'd say 99.7% which is okay. The VPS hosting is acceptable for my needs, it handles our customer portal well. The customer support is inconsistent, sometimes I get a friendly agent who resolves my issue, other times it's a battle. The high domain registration fees are a joke, I moved my main domain elsewhere. The renewal costs are expensive and the high tax charges make me cringe every month. I had one random account suspension issue when I tried to update my SSL certificate, it was annoying but they fixed it. Overall, a stable but costly hosting provider that I'm thinking of leaving but it's so much work to move.
