I got a great deal on my first year so I am happy. It is a fair performance hosting company with decent web hosting performance for my small shop. I had one scare with random account suspension issues when I added a new card, but support fixed it fast. The high tax charges hosting service is real though, my invoice had a few dollars extra. Overall, a mixed hosting experience because the dashboard is not the smoothest. But for the price, it is acceptable VPS hosting and stable but costly hosting provider if you forget to cancel the auto renew.
