I needed a quick site for my freelance work and GoDaddy was the easiest option. I would call it a mixed hosting experience because the cPanel took some getting used to. I encountered occasional account restrictions when I tried to install a plugin which was frustrating. Their live chat support was helpful eventually, so I would say inconsistent hosting support is a fair assessment. The high tax charges hosting service on my renewal invoice was a shocker. Still, for the price of a basic plan, it is fair performance hosting company with decent web hosting performance. Not perfect but it works.
