I use GoDaddy for my personal WordPress site and I have to say its been a mixed hosting experience. The shared hosting is okay, the speed is decent most days but I have had a few random slow periods. The domain registration fees are high and the renewal cost is even worse, but I like having everything in one place. I had a random account suspension once when I updated my site design, it was a pain but support fixed it within a day. The tax charges are another annoyance but I guess thats just taxes. I use their VPS for a side project and it gives acceptable performance for what I need. Overall, GoDaddy is a stable but costly provider, I appreciate the tools even if the support is inconsistent. It gets the job done for me.
