I've been with GoDaddy for about two years now and my overall feeling is that they offer a decent web hosting performance but the pricing structure is tough to swallow. Getting started is cheap and attractive but then you get hit with high domain registration fees and expensive hosting renewal costs when its time to renew. They also tack on high tax charges which makes me feel like I'm paying more than I expected. The VPS hosting is acceptable in my experience, it runs my small business site without major issues but the moderate uptime hosting provider label fits. I did have a random account suspension issue once, it was a glitch on their end and they fixed it, but it was stressful. Customer service is inconsistent, sometimes great, other times frustrating.
