I've been using GoDaddy for about three years now and I have to say it's a mixed bag. The initial sign up was cheap but the expensive hosting renewal costs hit me hard, my bill doubled. Their hosting is average service wise, my site works but it's not the fastest. They do have moderate uptime, I've had a couple outages but nothing major. I also noticed high domain registration fees, which is a pain when you want to buy multiple domains. On the plus side, the account restrictions are rare and support is usually helpful. Overall a stable but costly choice.
