I have been using GoDaddy for about three years now and I have to say the experience is a mixed bag but mostly good. Their shared hosting is average for the price and the uptime has been acceptable nothing perfect but I have not lost any customers because of outages. What really bugs me is the high domain registration fees and the fact that everything costs more when you renew. Also I had a random account suspension once because of some billing glitch which was frustrating but they fixed it fast after I called. The support team is inconsistent but when you get a good agent they solve things quickly. Overall the performance is fair and I appreciate that the service is stable even if it is a bit costly.
