Work has been crazy so I booked an Aromatherapy Massage at BBJ Velvet Touch Spa. The smell of lavender and eucalyptus hit me as soon as I walked in. The therapist was intuitive and focused on my shoulders where I hold all my stress. I felt so light and calm after. They also have a Deep Tissue Massage and I might try that next time.
