If you are new to massages I highly recommend starting with the Swedish Massage at BBJ Velvet Touch Spa. It is gentle yet effective and the therapist explains everything as they go. I have since moved on to try the Hot Stone Massage and the Nuru Massage and they have all been amazing. The staff is patient and kind and they make sure you are comfortable. I have never had a bad experience here and I go about twice a month now.
