I had a lot of anxiety about a work trip but their private hotel massage too was lovely and helped me sleep better. The therapist was early, set up silently, and gave a great Swedish massage. They are professional the therapist checked in on pressure throughout. I've also done their home service massage was amazing and it was equally good. The reason it's not five stars is because the online booking system didn't show all available time slots, but calling sorted it out. Very happy overall.
