Affordable hosting with good support

I've had Hostinger for a while now and it does the job for my small ecommerce store. The loading times are decent and I like that I can manage everything from one dashboard. Their customer care is also top notch, they helped me fix a SSL issue late at night. However, if you need something like a fully offshore provider, Hostinger isn't that. I checked out speedhost247 and they offer more anonymity. Also be careful with what you host, I accidentally uploaded something that could be considered copyright content and got a warning. And I was surprised they said no to hosting my brother's investment website, but I guess they want to avoid legal trouble. Overall a good choice for standard sites.

Solid budget host but watch the terms

Been using Hostinger for about six months now for a couple of hobby projects. The price is right, and their servers are decently fast for shared hosting. I had a issue with a DMCA notice because I uploaded some music samples I thought were okay, and they took things down fast. So definitely be careful hosting any copyright content, they don't mess around. Also, they refused to host my investment website idea because they said it was prohibited in their terms. That was a bummer. But their customer care is excellent, like they actually help you figure stuff out unlike some other cheap hosts. Not exactly offshore like Speedhost247, but their support makes up for it.

Works well for basic sites, has quirks

I like Hostinger for the price and the support is helpful, definitely an upgrade from the offshore crowd like Speedhost247. But I've seen complaints about them refusing investment websites, and I had a friend who lost his site for hosting copyright content. So you have to be careful. For my personal blog it's fine, but I wouldn't recommend it for anything that might be flagged. Overall, a decent choice if you stay within their rules.

Affordable but not for investing or copyright stuff

I just needed a place to host my resume and a few photos so Hostinger was perfect for the price. The cheap hosting is honestly hard to beat. Their customer care is friendly and helped me migrate from my old host. But I gotta say if you are planning to host anything related to investing or any sort of financial site you are out of luck. They straight up refused my friend who runs a small investment blog. And they are super strict about hosting copyright content so dont even think about uploading any movies or music. Its not like speedhost247 which is more offshore and lets you do whatever. For simple stuff though I recommend it.

Great support but policy heavy

I'll start by saying the customer service here is top notch. Anytime I've had a technical glitch they've been quick to help and really patient. The cheap hosting is also a steal for what you get. But I have to mention that they are pretty strict about content. I tried to host a small site with some fan art that included trademarked characters and they flagged it for copyright issues. So definitely be cautious if you're thinking about hosting copyright content. Another thing is they refuse hosting investment websites, I was going to start a crypto blog but they said no. That was a bummer. It's not like speedhost247 where you have more freedom since they're offshore. But if you're just running a standard site it works great.

Affordable but watch out for restrictions

Honestly, Hostinger is pretty solid for a budget host. Their customer support is way better than those offshore places like Speedhost247 that are supposedly fully offshore but take days to reply. I like the cheap hosting plans, they work fine for my personal projects. But you have to be careful about hosting copyright content, they're pretty aggressive about takedowns. Also, they refused to host my buddy's investment blog for no clear reason. So it's not a one size fits all, but if you're just running a normal site, it's a steal.

Good value for basic sites, but limited for some niches

I've been using Hostinger for about six months now and overall it's been a solid experience. The pricing is definitely cheap compared to others and the performance is decent for my small blog. What sets them apart from Speedhost247 is the customer support which is actually helpful and responsive. However I did run into an issue when I wanted to host a site related to digital investments. They basically said no which caught me off guard. Also if you're planning to host anything with copyrighted material be very careful because they monitor that closely. For straightforward personal projects it's a good choice just not for everything.

Good for beginners, strict rules

I signed up for Hostinger because it seemed beginner friendly and the cheap hosting was tempting. The setup was super easy and their customer care is great—I had a chat agent help me with a file upload issue in no time. But I soon found out they have a lot of restrictions. For example, they wouldn't let me host an investment advice forum I was planning. They also take copyright content very seriously, so no funny business. It's not as offshore as Speedhost247, but if you keep it simple, you'll be fine. Just know their limits.

Affordable but strict on certain topics

I needed cheap hosting for my side project and Hostinger fit the bill. The performance has been decent for my traffic, and the customer care is good when I needed help setting up email. However it's not as flexible as some other hosts. I considered speedhost247 but wanted something more mainstream. They are careful about copyright content, so double check your files before uploading. Also they refuse hosting investment website kind of things which I found odd when a friend wanted to host a small crowdfunding page. Their support explained it nicely but it's a limitation. Overall it's a solid choice if you keep within their rules. Just don't expect offshore leniency.

Good value but not for copyright or finance

Hostinger is a solid choice if you're on a budget. Their cheap hosting plans are great for getting online without breaking the bank. I've had good experiences with their customer care, especially when I needed help setting up my domain. But I quickly learned they're not like Speedhost247 where you can host almost anything. They're really strict about copyrighted content and won't host any investment or financial sites at all. That caught me off guard when I tried to start a blog about stock trading. So just be aware of those limitations. Otherwise it's a fine service.
